2. Using Your Phone Before Sleep:
Scrolling through your phone before bed might feel relaxing and good feeling, but mobile blue light from screens messes with your brain’s natural sleep signals.

What to do instead: Keep a water bottle with you whenever you go and drink at least 7–8 glasses daily, it keeps your body hydrated.
4. Sitting for Long Hours Without Moving:
If you sit for long hours — while in working, watching TV or mobile — your blood flow slows down, and your muscles weaken over time.
This can cause back pain, poor posture, and even increase the heart disease.
What to do instead: Stand up and stretch for a few minutes every hour compulsory and take a short walks during breaks.
Don’t sit for long hours, move your body everyday.
5. Overthinking and Constant Stress:
Continuously overthinking and always stressing puts your brain and body in “fight or flight” mode.
Chronic stress this can lead to causes like high blood pressure, sleep problems and low immunity problems.
What to do instead: Practice mindfulness daily and take deep breaths or write down your thoughts on notebook.
Just a 5 minutes of calmness can help to your mental health.
6. Eating Late at Night:
Late night snacking now may feel comforting and enjoying, but it doesn’t give your body enough time to digest that food properly before you sleep.
It can lead to weight gain and even disturb your sleep quality.
A healthier choice is..: Set a time for dinner 2–3 hours before you going to bed.
If you’re stomach hungry, eat a light and healthy snacks like fruits or nuts. Don’t eat excess food at night time.
7. Avoiding Sunlight:
Most of the people Staying indoors all day, Lack of sunlight means low Vitamin D, it affects your bones, immune system, and even your mood.
What to do instead: Try to step outside in the morning sunlight for at least 10–15 minutes daily — it boosts your mood and change energy naturally.
